GraminHat — Please read these terms carefully before using our platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GraminHat mobile application, website www.graminhat.in, and associated services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
"You," "your," "user," or "customer" refers to any person who accesses or uses the Platform.
"Services" refers to the technology platform that facilitates the sale and delivery of products listed on GraminHat.
You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use our platform and services.
To place orders, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree not to:
Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Harass, abuse, or harm employees, delivery partners, or other users.
Upload harmful, defamatory, or infringing content.
Interfere with the performance or security of the platform.
All product listings constitute an 'invitation to offer'. Your order is an 'offer' to purchase and is subject to acceptance by the seller. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, strikes, or force majeure events. GraminHat will make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders on time.
Given the nature of our business, our return policy is limited. Please review the following carefully before placing an order.
8.1 Returns
You may return a product if:
A wrong item was delivered other than what you had ordered.
Items are substantially damaged or deteriorated in quality at the time of delivery (with requisite proof including images).
Returns must be initiated on the same day of delivery. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original condition. Return requests are subject to seller acceptance.
For digital products such as gift cards and vouchers, no returns or refunds are permitted.
8.2 Cancellations
You may cancel an order without charge at any time before the seller accepts it. Post-acceptance cancellations are not permitted. GraminHat may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, force majeure, fraud concerns, or non-compliance with these Terms.
8.3 Refunds
Verified refunds are processed within 7 business days. Prepaid order refunds are credited to the source account. For COD orders, the refund is credited to your GraminHat Wallet as a GraminHat Gift Card.
All content on the platform, including logos, text, images, and software, is the property of GraminHat Ventures Pvt. Ltd. and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
The platform and all services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. GraminHat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GraminHat, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
The platform may contain links to third-party websites. GraminHat is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review their policies before sharing personal data.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
