Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellations

- You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before the seller accepts it. - Once the order is accepted, cancellation is not possible. - GraminHat reserves the right to cancel an order in case of product unavailability, technical issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

• Order cancelled by you before seller acceptance.
• Order cancelled by GraminHat due to unavailability or technical error.
• Return approved as per our return policy (wrong/damaged item).

3. Refund Process

- Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original source account. - For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued to your GraminHat Wallet in the form of a Gift Card. - Refund requests are verified before processing.

4. Refund Timelines

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days from the date of approval. Please note: Actual credit to your account may take longer depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

• Digital products (gift cards, vouchers).
• Perishable goods (if not eligible under return policy).
• Used, opened, or tampered items.
